If they are stacked or tilted, stop the hoist and rearrange the ropes. Do not pull or step on the wire rope during operation. At least three turns of the wire rope should remain on the drum.The wire rope must not be knotted or twisted. If more than 10% of the wire is broken, the rope must be replaced.During operation, no one should pass under the wire rope. The operator must not leave the hoist while an object is lifted. During breaks, the load or cage should be lowered to the ground.The driver and signalman must clearly see the lifted object. They must cooperate closely and follow unified signal commands.In case of a power outage during operation, the power should be cut off, and the hoist should be lowered to the ground.Follow the commander's signals during operation. If a signal is unclear or could cause an accident, the operation should be paused and resumed only when the situation is clarified.In the event of a sudden power outage, immediately stop the hoist and lower the carried items to the ground.After the operation, the material tray should be lowered, and the electrical box should be closed and locked.The steel wire rope will wear out and suffer mechanical damage during use.
